This is Maria.
MoMEC relies on donations, fundraising events and sales of our educational DVD’s to help fund the education of girl victims of child marriage at the Agape Knowledge Open School in Shinyanga. Education can help girls gain financial independence and break the poverty-driven practice of child marriages for future generations.
Please donate today and help give a child bride a chance at a brighter future.
Sponsor a Girl
We want to help more victims of child marriage but we need your help. You can support MoMEC’s mission by giving a one-off donation or choosing to sponsor a girl for Tshs 10,000 ($5) or Tshs 30,000 ($15) per month.
Want to donate but don’t want to commit to a regular sponsorship package? No problem!
One-off donations will be used to support a girl’s journey through her education, and give her a life free from abuse and victimisation.
For just Tshs 10,000 ($5) a month,
you could provide a child bride with the necessities to support her educational and living expenses such as uniforms, copybooks and sanitary products.
For Tshs 30,000 ($15) per month,
your sponsorship will fully cover one girl’s monthly school fees and living expenses!
